I’ve been using Diana Carter as my one and only pet sitter for at least 15 years and confidently recommend her. She has always been available when needed, whether for a day or for several weeks while I traveled. I always come home to a neat house and happy cat (or kitties). She plays with them as well as tending to their needs—I think they look forward to her visits.
She’s also watered house plants, brought in mail when I didn’t have it stopped, and a few times I also arranged to have her water outside plants in the summer.
I carry her name and phone number in my wallet with my other emergency numbers, and it is also posted on the emergency list in my house. I trust her completely to manage everything and amuse the kitties—sometimes they ask me if she can come over to play.
Whenever I’m going to take off on a trip I call Diana first, because I know I can count on her to take good care of the kitties in my absence. And what’s just as important, the kitties love her!
I can tell because they’re happy when I get home – no sulking, no cold shoulders, no “let’s make mama pay for leaving us.” They’re always delighted to see me when I walk in the door, and it’s easy to tell they’ve had a good time with Diana.

Diana observed that my cat Annie’s stomach problems were probably an allergy to a particular ingredient in her food; I switched to another kind of food and Annie is much better off!
I rely on The Petsitter for being very flexible, she will walk my dog on short notice and also three times a day when I’m away. My elderly dog was quite worn out after several such days! My indoor cat knows her from her previous life with a professor friend. It is very easy to work with Diana because she has a key to my back door.
I have been using Diana’s pet sitting services for about three years. She has looked after our dogs both when we work long hours as well as when we go on our two-week vacations. When we are on vacation Diana comes to our house three times a day to feed, exercise and play with our three Shelties. She also collects our newspaper and mail. We wouldn’t go on vacation if it weren’t for Diana. When we returned home from being away for two weeks, the dogs were totally calm and acted like it was no big deal that we came home. That’s when you know your dogs have been well cared for!
